Condition types

Hi y'all,

Is there any setting for the condition type such that it should invalidate all the other condition types in the order as well as it should not be relevant for accounting. This condition type should not affect the accounting document.

Can you clarify, " Invalidate all condition types",-

do you mean, once user enters one condition type, rest of all other condition types should be deactivated? if so, you have to provide the condition types includes in "all other condition types"- becasue your post doesnt provide enough information to suggest any input.

Better would be post the complete requirement or your client scenario completely.

If am right,

you want to deactivate other condition types which belongs to same category ( eg: discounts ) , once user enters this condition type which is marked as statistical.

try out this,

you have 3 discount cond types & you want to deactivate other 2 discount cond types , once user enters 3rd cond type.

if so, create Zcond type as discount cond type, assign this cond type in pricing procedure & mark as statistical.

Now use, Condition exclusion group-

Create new exclusioin group & assign all these 3 cond types in it , Use the appropriate parameter such as most favourable / least favorable cond type in cond exclusion group.

now when you enter the 3rd cond type, then based on above config setting, rest of the other 2 cond types will be excluded & 3rd cond type already marked as "statistical" , so it will nto be relevant for accounting , neither effect the accounting documents.

similarly , you can apply above the logic for various types of conditions.

test & revert

Condition Exclusion will ensure to invalidate other condition types. This I am refering from prospect of Condition Type belonging to same categogry. For example: We may have 5 Condition Type for Price category. As soon as first is found, it will stop search for Condition Type for Price category. It will then go to discounts. If we have maintaintained condition exclusion say to select best discount, in that case it will evaluate the best discount and consider the same and exclude others. They will be visible as statistical having no impact.

As concerened of condition type should not affect the accounting document, mark these condition type as statistical in Pricing Procedure (V/08).

i am also facing the similar situation in billing Invoice.

In T-code VF02 , when u give Invoice number ,net value, Payer then double click on item

in new screen click on Conditions TAB

we have here

Condition type PR00 ,JMAN , zCES (CESS ON MACHINE )

UNDER CESS ON MACHINE

CESS ON MACHINE @ 0.125 AMOUNT IS 300.25 INR

situation

1) can we change 0.125% to 0%

That is it will display on smartform output like

CESS ON MACHINE @ 0 AMOUNT IS 0 INR

2) i want whole line CESS ON MACHINE @ 0.125 AMOUNT IS 300.25 INR

delete in SF output also.

in SF nothing will display

I have checked the t-code v/08 for Zces stat option is tickmarked .

is there any option to block this condition type not to delete.

Thanks
