Access to Solution Manager

Hi all, I want to access Solman but I lost my access code. Installing Solman has been made by another person who is no longer available. Is there a way to access Solman without having to re install ?

Hello,

I would give a try to the old SAP r/3 method :

1- access the database (oracle, sql server or other)and delete SAP* user from table USR02.

2- log on to solman. Key SAP* as user and PASS as password

3- Create your own user with transaction SU01

4- log out and reconnect with your new user.
