Problems using BBPV_CONTRACT_CREATE

Hi experts,

I have a problem,

When I use the FM BBPV_CONTRACT_CREATE in R3, I can create some contracts and i can view ones in transaction ME3xK

But,

When I press the button "Contract" in SRM from a Quotation from a Bid Invitation, the standard go to the FM BBPV_CONTRACT_CREATE using a way RFC.

The result is incorrect --> The contract isn't created in R3 and SRM.

Any idea? Can you tell me any answer?

Hi,

If you are using SRM release lower than SRM 7.0, the contract should be created in ERP provided you have implemented the BADI BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS. If this BADI isnt implemented, the quote will create a contract in SRM.

I assume that the BADI is implemented properly. Next I would recommend you to do is check if the IDOC BLAORD is generated in ERP (WE02). If so, check the status of Idoc. If not, check thw queues in SRM system (Tx: SMQ1 ) to see if the contract is not clocked in the queues.

Please provide some more details:

1. what is the release of your SRM and backend R/3 system

2. what is your SRM technical scenario? Classic or Extended

To verify, run transactions

1. BBP_PD and view your quotation. Check to see if the SRM contract is indeed not created (in Header Links area)

2. RZ20 and check if there are errors for your process (quotation -> contract)
