Hi,
I am configuring CUP to use SOD Review and when I run the SOD Review Load Job, I get the following error:

Has anyone seen this before or can help guide me in the right direction? I checked the URL under my web services navigator and it looks correct.
Thanks,
Peggy
Hi Peggy,
This error comes when user ID and/or login details sent by CUP to RAR while accessing the violated usersu2019 web service are incorrect.
CUP doesn't provide separate configuration for User ID /password details for different SOD review web services, all SOD review web services make use of login details maintained under CUP Risk Analysis web service configuration.
Please verify the ID/password details maintained under "Risk Analysis" configuration of CUP. Correctly maintaining the details should resolve this issue.
Just to test you can also try running this web service via WSNavigator using credentials maintained under CUP Risk Analysis configuration.
Regards,
Amol

Thank you so much! - I thought I had them the same...guess I didn't.
