Cannot extract the embedded font

Hi

We want to send PDF document via mail. We had a turkish character problem with this document. So i've created font families and install fonts according to oss note 625818. Now we have no turkish character problem with document but when we open the attachment we get an info popup "Cannot extract the embedded font 'CourierNew' . Some characters may not be display or print correctly.'

How can i eliminate this info popup?

Maybe it comes either from Adobe Acrobat Reader bug (upgrade latest patches or try with another release) or from SAP bug (see note 642784 PDF conversion: Fonts cannot be extracted).

Hi again

I've tested with different Adobe Acrotab Reader releases and i reloaded fonts into SAP system with RSTXPDF2 several times.

Have you got any other idea?

If this SAP note is already applied and it doesn't work better then I guess you should ask SAP support to investigate
