Workflow is inconsitent ( NODES is initial )

Hello,

we use classic scenario. If we want to confirm goods with ebp we want to use the workflow without approval.

System is finding the right workflow but it does not start.

I check the workflow with transaction SWUS and get the message in the top.

Workflow is inconsitent ( NODES is initial )

I just have done the same for other workflows and only use the sap workflows without any relevant change.

does anybody have an idea ?
