Automatic TO creation - Mail control

Hello everybody,

maybe you can help me with some issues about mail control in automatic TO creation.

I have configured the automatic to creation for picking process (message WMTA) and for the fixed bin replenishment. But we noticed the following:

1) When an exception occurs a mail in sent to the SAP OFFICE of the user specified in customizing (express or not). Is there a way to send automatically the mail to an internet external address? The reason is that our users don't use sap office

2) In the table of customizing T333M (transaction OMKZ) it seems that it's possible to insert only one user for mail code. Is it true?

Hi,

The email notification is not possible. Only the user which is working will get the error message. Not many users
