SIS Statisitcs Group for Outbound Delivery

Dear Gurus,

There is a requirement to get a report on

Qty Ordered,

Actual Delivered Qty

Open Qty

Is it possible to achieve it using SIS?

I checked in the system and "Outbound Delivery' Document 'LF' doesn't contain Statistics Group.

I came across the following Point.

Note that it is only advisable to assign a statistics group value to those

deliveries and delivery items that do not contain a reference to an order.

How can I achieve the above requirement?

Hi,

The error implies that the OBD type LF does not have the Statistics Group set.

The same can be done as follows:

Go to OVLP tcode and select your item Category and then look for the ItemCat.stst.group field and maintain the required options.

Note: About Statistics Group:

Definition

Specifies a statistics group for this item category and helps determine

which data the system updates in the logistics information system.

Use

You can assign statistics groups to each of the following:

o Item category

o Sales document type

o Customer

o Material

When you generate statistics in the logistics information system, the

system uses the combination of specified statistics groups to determine

the appropriate update sequence. The update sequence in turn determines

for exactly which fields the statistics are generated.
