Insert printscreen on Service Desk Message

Hi Experts,

Please, is possible configurate Service Desk for insert a printscreen at create message moment? No attach a file, we want insert the printscreen automaticaly.

Not possible in standard. Data structure does not allow to store other data than text.

Current alternative is to place the screen shot into an attachment.
