ADS Configration error

Hi experts,

In our IDES Server we have configure ADs as per sap document. But configration not completed successfuly. when i run FP_TEST_00, print preview not comming. and FP_PDF_TEST_00 is working. I have checked the credential also but is not working. can any one please help me

yes I know, what am saying is when i check in url it is working. and how to check the ADS version and SP installed in our server

Did you test FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE report? (I hope the name is right). Did you maintan SICF? Authorizations?

I have checked the FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE, is not giveing any error code and keepon going.

Yes I maintained the sicf and authorization for adsuser and ads_agent.

http://mvglqas:8001/sap/bc/fp/form/layout/fp_test_00.xdp, Is displaying the XML file.

Hello,

the configuration is a complex process. From your input it is not possible to help. What is the error message? What are the problems? "FP_TEST_00 not working" is not enough, especially if you say "we have configured as per SAP document". Well, I remember this document to have troubleshooting question. Start there.

Hi Experts,

FP_TEST_00, there is no responce in long time and test FP_PDF_TEST_00 it is displaying the PDF number.

and check this URL http://mvglqas:8001/sap/bc/fp/form/layout/fp_test_00.xdp i got the xml file.

I checke in sdn, If FP_Test_00 not working ADS configration incorrect. can any one please help me

Take help from your BASIS folks and check the server logs like defaultTrace and identify what is the error you are getting for PDF and then post it here so that people can help you further.

AGAIN: this is very complex and you didn´t provide anything to stick to. I guess you don´t have anything. But AGAIN we can´t help you with nothing. Please start reading this guide and debug it yourself or ask somebody more experienced:

If you want to do this yourself, download NetWeaver Trial and install it and configure it yourself. Otto
