The following error text was processed in the system:

The URL contains no complete domain specification (cixd590 instead of cixd590.<domain>.<ext>).

Where should i change my domain name?? i tried allways like accesing with domain name ext..but no luck..How to resolve this issue.

Did you check this:

Exchage profile parameters should contain FQDN.

Hi Abhishek/Mark,

Thanks for your valuable inputs,I chnaged the below 3 parameter values to fully qualified domain names, but still i am getting same error.

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.name

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.mshost

What is the value maintained in com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport .....is the port number proper as shown in SMICM --> Goto --> Services.

Also remember that even it has a cache which needs to be refreshed so as to reflect the recent changes.

Abhishek.

Server restart can be a option in case your cache refresh is also not providing any help:

http://<ServerName>:<Port>/rwb/rtc?op=init

Hi

good you were able to solve it. This error occurs when we dont have qualified domain name in any of the components mentioned in SLd.

Hi

Please check in SLD if for all the components of PI, complete domain name exists.

Use this note 764176

We faced the same issue. got resolved by applying the note.

hi

Yes it does talk about a different issue. But our Aleriting issues got resolved by applying the same note as most of the components in SLD were inconsistent due to which alerting did not perform as expected.

Hi Raja,

If you didn't have the FQDN and have added it later, then you need to restart the server.. Have you done that? if not then try doing it..
