Availability check and batch determination

We have Availability check and Batch Determination in Delivery Document.

The issue is system is determining a batch and quantity of a certain product which is not available in stock on delivery date . And the system gives error message of non availability at the time of PGI

We have checked the stock for particular batch in MMBE, MB52 reports . The batch and quantity which system determines and displays at the time of delivery has been already consumed .

There is no on order stock for that batch and no open POs .

Please provide the possible reasons and solutions

Check for any open Purchase Orders , Check Available to Promise settings (ATP).

Also note that if you have blocked the item in PO then it will be considered by ATP settings . If you are not going to receive that particular materials then do not block it. Mark for delete

Is it a Z Message while doing PGI.In that case , kindly check the Logic with the help of ABAPer.
