Hi,
We get this error when TCP/IP connection between any MDM component & MDM Server is lost. I guess, you got disconnected from network.

Hi !
Is this error specific to MDM Import Manager ? The client and server are not on the same host. when we execute the import in MDM Import Manager , it get's stuck and gives this error . Do we have any setting to avoid this error ?
Thanks !

HI Shen !
Thanks for the response . I tried tht . I tried 2 scenarios .
Scenario 1 : Import Individual supplier catalog files .
Scenario 2: Imported one single file with all catalogs.
In both cases , we faced this error : Windows socket Error.
Is there any sizing guide for MDM 7.1 and is it mandatory for SRM MDM Catalog solution?
Pls advice on any possible remedy .
Thanks !
Ramakanth
