in finished product material master batch mangement is active , and inspection type 09 also active, batch created, clssification view also mantained with class type batch assinged with char .in btch creation production date 14.12.2009 and exp date 15.12.2009 and avialbule from 14.12.2009.next inspection date 15.12.2009.

mic created andassinged ininspectionplan with useage9. lot will not generated for inspection type 09in qa32.and also in qa07.

when lot will generated ,

please check whether the bacth is getting retricted once you run QA07

As If the next inspection date has been reached, the blocking of the batch has priority over the next scheduled inspection

no , after runing qa07 also stock in unrestricated type. the msage shown as , no batch found for lot processing.

Expiry date and 09 inspection lot has no relation. inspection lot will get created only for next inspection date and not as per expiry date

1) You can create multiple inspection plan in QP01. Go to header and click on new entries and create inspection for different usages

2) System will take the inspection plan based on the usage. Usage and inspection type link is maintained in config

SPRO> QM >Quality Inspection > Inspection Lot Creation> Maintain Inspection Types > inspection type

Please do the following

1) Maintain in MSC2N production date as 16.12.2009 and next inspection date as 19.12.2009

2) in QA07 maintain the material, plant , batch and initial run days as 5. Then execute and check whether inspection lot is created

if you are maintaining batch dates as 14.12 and 15.12 then put initial run days as 1

ihave the 4 inspection types for finished product, o3.04,09,10, inspection types activated in the material master of the finished product.

now how to assigine the mic and sampling procedure in inspection plan for usge 1,5,6,9. for same material code.

syrem how will select the inspection plan in the lot with respect to inspection type and usage,

maintain ed in msc2n above said data, production order created on 16.12.2009. goods recipt date 16.12.2009. stock is in unrestricated stock type.

iam not mantinde any data in plant storge view in material master.for shelf life data .
