QE01 Result recording status complete

Hi Gurus,

Our client wants to have a mail notification when the (QE01) Result recording for all characteristic's

status changes to complete(5).

Here we use both short tem and long term characteristics in the inspection lots.The results will record for short term characteristic

and inspection stock will transfer to unrestricted stock.

The UD will be taken once the result recording for Long term characteristics completed.

The requirement is when all the characteristics have status complete(5) a mail notification should be send to the relevant user for taking UD.

The problem is inspection lots will remain pending without UD.

Can anyone please suggest the relevant BADIu2019s and user-exists for this.

Dear Pradeep

You can look for alert management system for this. I have used this feature for triggering alerts to incompleted tasks, PM orders etc.

You can shedule this functionality in abackground for a specified period , and it will check for open lots and check for the status of the mics and send the alert to the IDs or to the specified roles

Hi Yogini,

The below FM is intended to send emails.

If appropriate BADI is available then using this FM or similar FM we can send the changed info to user.

Can anyone help to figure out the appropriate BADI and user exits please.

Our requirement is to send a mail in the transaction QE01 all the characteristic status completes.

u can use that function module in QEEM0003/ QEEM0006 user exit
