Hi,
We have configurated Service Desk, we are using a copy from SFLN (ZESS) in the transaction type, we made the changes for use it in transaction dno_cust04, we are using the action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED, when we create a message, we have two actions with errors: SLFN0001_ADVANCED_UPDATE_DNO, and SLFN0001_ADVANCED_CHECK_QUEST
Please advise me how
