/SAPAPO/RLCDELETE program not deleting data for all the periods

Hi,

We run /SAPAPO/RLCDELETE program every week through a batch job to

delete all forecasts data with category FA for any periods (all past

and future).

In the variant the from and to period fields are maintined blank.

However we observed that the program not deleting forecasts for the

periods prior to past one month.

In other words, the program is deleting forecasts for the periods from

past one month to any future periods.

Can some one please advice why all periods (past and future)

forecasts not deleted by RLCDELETE program despite not maintained any

period restrictions.

Hi Krish,

In the program /sapapo/rlcdelete, under Today plus no. of

days field, enter horizon in days more than 30 days (depending

upon your requirement) and retry deletion.

Dear Krish,

please check if the following information helps you:

When you delete forecast orders you should always use /sapapo/MD74, i.e the "Reorganization" report (/sapapo/MD74).Refer Note:1276854 (to delete forecast orders which come directly from R/3 or DP)

Also,consult note:660194,and ensure that the order created belongs to SNP application only,for, the forecast created in PPDS will not be deleted by RLCDELETE.(MTS Scenario orders only,as explained also in note:1389633)..

If it is a PPDS forecast,use /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER
