and so what? Don't you feel that this is the problem? SAP sends it to Windows driver, and it isn't printed.

May we have your feeling if you don't mind? because I have the feeling that you are VERY PASSIVE in trying to solve the issue

Please check Windows driver, install driver again if needed, contact Canon, contact Microsoft, etc.

Do you see the spool in Windows Canon printer queue? In what status is it?

Sandra,

I use the front end of printing.

I did a test on the print server stop and start, delete all the print queue still can not print from SAP

Thank you for your attention!

So, the problem is not in SAP, but in the Windows server?

Could you tell us whether you can see a new spool in the Windows server printer each time you print? (as you don't say it explicitly, we can't be totally sure of that)

You say "front end printing", so you mean that the output device has access method F or G? Why do you then use term "print server"? (print server should be accessed with access method C or L, in that case it's called "local printing")

Sandra,

It was replaced HP4250, by the printer CANON2020 so did all the printer configuration in transaction SPAD canon2020 in DEV environment where functioned normally, with that I request for transportation to all other environments to refresh them, because even with the identical configuration I am not able to print in QAS and PRD.

I ran the transaction SP01 to see if you have any error in the order of spool, transaction se92 to see if you have a log in error, I did not find anything wrong.

The order of spool ends with more success does not come out the print, then I would like to help if one is a configuration problem or the SAP server print job.

The following is the order of the spool DEV and PRD.

Thank!

It seems that you are using frontend or local printing (both via Windows printer), so why did you change output devices?

Do you use frontend or local printing?

Did you check whether the print job was in the queue of the Windows printer?

What you say is that printing (?) doesn't work in other systems but printer configuration is the same. How can we help you? Please give details.

Yes.

Let me look at my crystal ball... this is a smart form! (?) You didn't ask your basis team to investigate! (?) etc.

Please give us more details, did you investigate a little bit, what did you find out?
