Hi All

I am using NW2004s when I online backup schedule I got this error and backup terminated

insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service

I have 12GB memory and in OS level Custom Paging size selected "30000"

please kindly advised me how to resolve that problem

change pageing size in os level

if 12GB memory then put 30000 page size

On Windows, formula is 8GB + RAM, so in your case, 12+8 = 20GB.

you did not supply enough information for us to help you.

supply your Os version

32-bit or 64-bit?

Are you using a thrif party program to backup?

are you going through BRBACKUP?

Sorry for that I forget to tell you guys

I am using 64bit, and BRBackup...

before pageing file size was selected 12275 but I just changed to 30000 and reboot server... is there any formula to change pageing size in OS leve... remember I have 12GB memory

Problem has been resolved, Just changed pageing file size 12275 to 30000 and reboot machine...
