I need a report that can take the system:

How many times a user logged into the system in the last month

Most used transactions

Changes passwords.

Etc., all you have to do with a user-level tuning.

thanks,

Hi,

Take a look at the User Information System. Transaction SU01, menu Information -> Information System. It has a tree with several reports to query the user master.

You will find tcodes: STAT, ST03, ST03N helpful for such purposes.

Hi

Try SM19 ....to enable audit,By this you can get information about user

tasks ...regarding the report he /she has generated , how many times

he/she had login.Its very informative .

To check Audit ..go for SM20 transaction ,Do some

research work in Forums, you will get more information as per how to

enable audits and check audits.

If Security Audit log ( using t-code SM19) is configured properly then you can make use of SM20 to get this information for the particualr user.

SM20 -> Choose -> All Audit logs. Put Date and User id and Select Audit class as Dialog logon if that is what you are checking.

Beside ST03, ST03N etc can guide you ...as already advised.

Hi

If you Activate the audit log you can keep track all information,

have a look at -successful and unsuccessful dialog and RFC logon attempts

--successful and unsuccessful transaction and report stats ...

how many times a user logged -in and all .yah you need to count

the number of times a user logged based on the report.

Once you activate....every day transaction details are recorded for every user

who tries to log in.keep an eye on the below parameters

In RZ10

rsau/enable :set to 1 to activate audit logging

rsau/local/file :to specify name and location of audit log file

rsau/max_diskspace/local :To specify maximum space for audit file say if

max.size is reached auditing stops

Hope that helps.
