IT Performance Reporting - No applicable data found!

Hello all,

I need some advice & guidance here.

I am using SolMan EHP1, BI & solman in same client(100),

I have setup the following:

- SPRO : BI Setup & the subnodes

- System monitoring Work center: IT performance reporting setup

- RSA6: ok

However, when i access IT Performance Reporting via the System Monitoring work center --> Proactive Monitoring, I have these problems:

1. No applicable data found

2. not all system ID is available in the 'system ID' dropdown list.

is there any missing step from my side?

anyone can help me here? I've been try to find a way out but no clue

Hi Lay Pang,

Please let me know whether your issue is resolved. IF it is so, please provide me the solution. I am facing "No applicable data" issue while trying to access IT Performance reporting.

No, this problem haven't solved. No luck on SDN or SAP portal too.

I am still waiting for some expert that willing to share here.

anyway, I've open the OSS message to SAP, still waiting for their reply & investigation.

Have you activated the CCMS context in dswp - Operation Setup - System monitoring? Activate the alerts for which you want to have the monitoring data.
