Hello all,
I recieve the following error by attempt to try connecting of SolMan 7 to HP QC10: SOAP:1.032 SRT: Wrong Content-Type and empty HTTP Body received. The Enterprise Integration for SAP applications is for QC Project activated, also Solman customizing have been done. I have two anomalies by settings: Application Model haven't been activated whether automatically with Enterprise Integration nor separately, with java error NullPointerExeption. The second error i suppose is the wrong URL by defining of a logical port. I have tried to define it with different Links:
http://servername:8080/30EIServer.war/WEB-INF/wsdl/SMBlueprintHandler.wsdl
and
http://servername:8080/SMToQCIntegration/SMBlueprintHandler?wsdl - as it is shown in Tutor.
The folder SMToQCIntegration haven't been found in Enterprise Integration Software. And I can not call both Links in browser.
My main questions:
1)which information is to be included into this URL except server and port names?
2) how can I activate Application Model and why it has not been activated automatically with Enterprise Integration?
Regards,
Irina

Hello Samrat,
yes, i have sold this problem, but have still another problems by integration of HP QC 10 into Solman. At first our Solution Manager has been upgraded to version 7.0 EHP1 and to last patches. Then I have configured Third party Integration Customizing of Solution Manager(SAP Quality Center by HP) according to descriptions you get in Customizing tree. The path for logical port for Integration Test Management is to be:
<http://<QCServer>: <QCServer Port>/EIServer/SMBlueprintHandler?wsdl>
The path for logical port for Integration Defect Management is to be:
<http://<QCServer>: <QCServerPort>/EIServer/services/ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API_MQC?wsdl>
Also you have to configure External Service Desk Customizing. Hier I have still any problems. The data transfer from SolMan to QC works in all cases, but data transfer from QC to SolMan doesn't work at all. We are looking for a solution.

Hi All,,
I'm facing a issue in integrating the Service desk with Quality center...
In QC,When i try to choose the tools ->Sap tools ->field Mapping
I get this following error,
"The Number of Required fields in QC is different from the number of required support message fields in Application;
< Application:Server:Client > Make sure the Number of required fields is equal in both Systems before you continue"
What settings i have to maintain in SAP Customizing to get the values ?
Your help on this is much appreciated !
Cheers,
Venky
