Hi-
I have made certain fields required on the Service Desk form by maintaining program RDSWP_NOTIF_CREATE_CUSTOMIZE_S. This is working fine in notif_create however I am able to create a ticket via the BSP without entering the required fields.
Any ideas?

You need to do ABAP webdynpro development to meet your requirement.
and currently it is workcenter based on webdynpro tech which has already replaced the BSP technology.
