Changing and Restarting a particlar application or cluster

I have a web application and we making changes to make our app run on Netweaver AS. The problem is that for each change we make in a java class we need to restart the server/cluster. Is there any facility so that the server will pickup the changes in .class files and jsps.

Is there any way that the start->stop-.start does not take 10 minutes as it takes at my end.

Any help ? Is there any way like we have in websphere and weblogic where we just start or stop the particular application.
