I have noticed a strange looking issue in our GTS-System, I had implemented the EPAS Forms a while ago and while testing everything worked fine. Now we wanted to use them the first time in Production and the Output is not working, the exeption above is thrown. I started to reproduce this error in Development and noticed that for already existing Declarations the Form is working, if I create a new Declaration the exeption is thrown too.
Does anyone have an idea what causes that issue? The Form itself seems to work but what else may cause the error?
