I am sucessfully creating users in the SRM. But under org structure after position there a down arrow mark. |

It's diagonal towards downside next to the postion. any idea why this is there.

The user was not setup in in Tcode oocu_resp
Please check in pposa_bbp in basic data for that position what is Valid from and To date.
Might be any one date is worng.
