Changes in VK11 and VK12

Hello All,

I need to customise the system to send a Auto mail if i create any condition record via VK11 or make any changes via VK12.

Canyou please suggest if there is any setting available in standard or we will have to go for the User Exit for this requirement.

Nothing available in Standard. It is possible to meet the requirement by identify appropriate userexit and development of a workflow to trigger a email.

Check this events in FIBF (in infosystem P/S)

00503301 Update conditions (usage A)

00503302 Update conditions (general)

00503303 Maintain conditions: Transfers

00503305 Maintain conditions: Field check

00503306 Maintain conditions: Text determination

00503307 Maintain conditions: Default condition

00503308 Maintain conditions: Default condition

00503309 Update Conditions (usage N)

Hi,

You can create a change pointer. It is used to transfer data. It store the modifications in tables BDCP and BDCPS. Check it in this link: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/12/83e03c19758e71e10000000a114084/content.htm.

After you can read it with a report periodically (each 5 minutes) and you can read from table BDCP the tables CDPOS or CDHDR, or you can do a submit to report rsscd100 and send it as a e-mail if you use a distribution list in SM36.
