hi experts,
in cne5,the plan poc and actual poc are all null,the bcws and bcwp already get values(the same to my plan budage),the pocs should i maintain manual and where?

Hi,
You should use Activity assigned Networks.
Mention POC Metod in Activities
use Time Proportionality Method.
Confirm your activities.
Run CNE1 and Check report CNE5..

By which method you are calculating the progress. Fulfill the conditions for that method then you can get the Planned POC and Actual POC.

i use 0-100 method,i have confirmed the activity partially,but till not get the pocs value,can i maintain the pocs manually if i need changing,where?

please look at my forum
Confirm activities of your project & then execute CNE1 for that period for that project, then those values will appear on CNE5 report.
