unbale to acces message monitoring in RWB

HI

Whe we try to access the message monitoring in RWB it is throughing the error "javax.ejb.CreateException: Neither the message server not the application server can be reached".

If you deploy any files then remove those files and redeploy again.

Pls check if user PIRWBUSER is locked?

if PIRWBUSER is locked...RWB can not be accessed.

Was it working earlier?

Please ensure your Java Server nodes are up/online

if java is up, then please perform CPA Cache full refresh http://<hostname>:<http port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

Please post if any error.
