Shopping cart workflow taking time

Hi,

We are facing a problem where the workflow is taking time to get executed. Recently we copied the production data to a quality system. After that, while creating shopping cart, it shows all the approvers as expected in Approver preview screen.

But in BBP_PD, the workflow overview is not showing any steps for around 15 to 20 minutes.

Sample wrokflow overview is shown above. For executing the step "Determine next apprvoer" (marked as >>>>>>>>>) it is taking around 15 5o 20 mts from its previous step. Are there any batch job triggering that?

Could you please help me to fix the issue? In my production, it used to get executed immediately after its previous step.

We are using n-level workflow in SRM 4.0.

Hi,

Are there many entries in SM58 transaction? If yes, it looks tRFC issues.
