Hi,
Experts,
I wonder if some one help to solve this, We have our sister company in Uk, they have 4 plants.
Plants: p1, p2, p3, p4
the requirement of my user is he wants to Deliver material from P1 to P2, p3, p4
1. P1 to P2 = 500
2. p1 to p3 = 500
3. p1 to p4 = 500
To achieves this my user has to Create 60 deliveries (1500/25=60), 60 Shipments, 60 Shipment cost documents
1. For 60 Deliveries my user has to enter information 60 times.
2. For 60 Shipments my user has to enter information 60 times.
3.For 60 Shipment cost documents my user has to enter information 60 times.
4. In this way a lot of prececious time my user wasting behind this
any one can sujjest a right way to achiive this scenario in one word it is a stock transfer Order
Steps
1. user create a PO with reference to PO he creating a DN
2. withe reference to DN user creating Shipment
3. with reference to Shipment document no. Shipment cost document
Thanks in advance
Regards,
MH
Hello MH,
The best way to do is :
1) to configure three different routes from P1 to P2 , P1 to P3 and P1 to P4.
2) Define a variant for shipment creation with routes as the selection criteria for clubbing the deliveries in one shipment.
3) Define a variant for shipment cost calculation as well.
Thus in this case ur shipment and shipment cost will be auto created.
Please revert if you still have any questions.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi,
Include all deliveries in one shipment, create 3 stages in shipment i.e.
P1 to P3
P1 to P4
P1 to P5
and in shipment cost document calculate cost on basis of stages.
