Hello,
we are setting up an EIC (Employee Interaction Center) based on CRM 7.0. Are there any specific SAP courses for this topic? I could only find CRM 410 which handles overall Interaction Center. We would also be interested in a course more on the application layer, but we couldn't find anything. Suggestions?

I wrote a blog a few months back which will provide you some information on tips for a successful EIC implementation.
As far as courses that are specific to ONLY the Employee Interaction Center I am not aware of any though there are several great article written by John Burton and a new one by Glen Abel in CRM Expert that you should review
