Problem in RFKK_MA_SCHEDULER

Hi folks,

We have executed a billing process in a mass activity released with RFKK_MA_SCHEDULER process. The server went down during the execution.

The result of that is right now we canu2019t execute the process again due this error:

"Mass activity Billiing started by REDWOOD is already active"

"If the above-mentioned mass run is terminated without unlocking the mass activity type, you can remove the lock by choosing Environment -> Unlock Mass Act.Typ. "

It seems that the process is locked and the system still thinks it is running but it is not.

Any thoughts on how can we unlock the mass activity? We can't seem to find the "Environment -> Unlock Mass Act.Typ. " action.
