Web Dynpro file:// links problem

Hi experts,

In my Web Dynpro application I have LinkToURL UI elements referring to links like *
xxx\yyy\zzz*. When I click on it I expect to go to file://xxx/yyy/zzz but I get redirected to http://<my WD app URL>/xxx/yyy/zzz. Can you tell me how to get the desired effect?

Hi friend,

I am also agree with Tushar, by link to url you can not navigate to local file system you can only navigate to link.

I am afraid, to say that LinkToUrl is not meant for navigating to Local File Directory but rather to an URL address.
