Problem with tab Spaces?

Hi Experts,

iam developing a user interface application in webdynpro.i want to display the file data in the tabular formate.

i allready develop the code for display the file data in table .but problem is tabular data need not maintain separations.

How to maintain gap(i:e tab spaces,page delimeters,Space using Space Bar) between the fields .

Iam using the CL_ABAP_CHAR_UTILITIES and some parameters in that class.

any one help me with sample code.File data should be .alf formate(print lists).
