cFolders Authorisation

Hello Folks,

I am having admin rights of cFolders.

I have created a user supplier1 in cFolders Local User Administration,

and given him the role of SAP_CFX_USER.

Then I have created in Collaborative Folder and in authorisation I have added user supplier1 and given him "Read" authorisation.

Now when I login cFolders system with user Supplier1, once i logged in in system, i dont see the folder for which i have given "Supplier1" "Read" authorisation.

What are the settings I might be missing.

Have you assigned supplier1 read rights to the collaboration itself? He should be having rights at that level to be able to see the collaboration on the start screen.

You can do the test of sending this user a manual notification on the folder, and you will see that the access is granted through the notification if necessary...

hi,

we have this scenario; by sending the notification of creation of document in competitive / collabration scenario, the user can go and check the documents as per read / write authorisations.
