Procedure to delete user in SRM Org

Hi,

What is the procedure to delete the user properly from SRM Org.

I think it is not correct to delete the user from SRM Og, by just right click and delete.

If possible, all users should be edited via Internet service . During the deletion of users in PPOMA_BBP, you should absolutely note that the complete user is deleted and that the details are not expanded, this can lead to inconsistencies.

Once the employee has been deleted from the system, any 'Open Documents' activated by this user MUST BE processed or completed. Shopping carts that are not completed cannot be retrieved once the requestor has been deleted.

i.e. All shopping carts must be processed before the replication procedure for the org structure is initiated. For further please follow as per the note user 402592. It is not recommended to delete users or business partners who are still assigned to open documents within EBP. Please apply the attached note 676820 to allow the system to check for open documents before the user is deleted. As discussed in this note, if you still want to delete a user who still has documents in the system, you must first archive this data. Afterwards you can delete the user.
