How to change the ITS login failed output page

When someone tries to access a service without the required SAP login to match their certificate they get the page below as expected.

I would like to change the text on this page and add a href. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Hi,

On ITS service configuration (SICF), on "Error pages" tab, you can put an URL to your desire HTML page.
