Hi,

1. How to set the Defect recording fields mandatory?

2. During result recording suppose a MIC is rejected because of less than lower limit value, but in defects recording if we choose the defect code as relate to high value means system is allowing. How to restrict the same and also how to set that system should check the MIC values during the selection of defect codes in defects recording screen.

when you want the defect recording field to be mandetry.During RR or during UD.

What you can do is use userexit

QEEM0006 User exit: add. functions after closing inspection characs

QEEM0015 User exit: add. functions after entering individual results

This is really difficult.selecting the exact code you can not make it mandetory.

But You can specifiy the defect code in task list "when rejected a char" ,when value is lower tha specs ro higher than specs.

how to set that system should check the MIC values during the selection of defect codes in defects recording screen.

This can be chaeck during UD that when ,MIC/MICs are rejected then defect recording must happen by user Exit :QEVA0010 UD: Usage decision check.

Hi ,

Sorry for the late reply. I know that , if we maintain the defects code in MIC itself it automatically get the code during result recording. Is it possible to get defect code for each and ever limits which was enter in the results recording screen and also i need the system should check the No of defects should not exceeded the lot quanity. Because in std automatic defects recording possible 1ly in MIC wise. is it possible to maintain automatic defects recording based on lot size? waiting for your reply
