Error while changing g/l number in shopping car

Hi ,

please look scenario in SRM

1. Cteated shoppingcart -. Created po-- created invoice-created creditmemo--changed g/l account in shoppingcart

but new g/l account not coming to backend system. we are getting error message from SRM

MESSAGE CLASS BBP_PD AND NUMBER 2 AND 398

2 number --interface data contains error

398 number --program error call with GUID of change version required.

Please can u people guide me .

Hi,

As mentioned by Hairsh, it is not possible to change in SC.

Try to change in PO itself.

Hi Ramki,

Message class ME and number 664.

This message means , you can edit that field or change that once PO is created.

or

PO has been already release so it may show the message, go to me29n and cancel the release and then try again.

Hi,

This is standard way the R/3 system behaves , when you try to change GL post GR and IR.

In SRM changing the GL would result in error , since R/3 cannot accept the changes.
