Message in Service Desk

HI,

In my solman service desk, when I check in Action tab, one error message as " Automatically Confirm Message at SAP" created automatically. I don't want this message so How can I stop this message?

Hi nisit

it seems u r using standard profile in this case goto spro -

---

ur action profile choose this action

and in front of this action just choose INACTIVE box to make this disppaer ..it wont be deleted from ur profile but wil become inactive.
