Montiroring setup for dual stack not working!!!

Hello,

We got solman 7.0 with EHP1.

I have configured central monitoring on solman & configured instance availabiltiy monitoring to

XI system running with dual stack.

I have tested ccmsping,sapccms4x,sapccmsr agents they all working fine.

But from CEN, when i run tc RZ20,navigate to "availabilty and performance overview",

it always shows one open alert for j2ee engine & instance availabilty for j2ee engine is 0%.

(on the other hand the instance availability monitoring for ABAP system works fine!!!)

I tried to bounce the XI system but still the above mentioned alert did not get changed.

Appreciate your help to resolve this issue.

Resolved.

Replaced the existing ccm agents with latest version.

That solved the problem.
