Contract cereation

Dear all,

How to map the following fields from SRM to ECC while creating a contract from an accepted bid (Contract is just generated in ECC):

- Plant

- Tax Code

- Valuation Class (Customer field in Bid Invitation)

How to modify structure of idocs BLAORD and COND_A to map these fields?

Hi Dinesh,

For materials without split valuation we can transfer the contracts now. The problem is with the materials that have split valuation in ECC.

We are transferring the Plant in idoc BLAORD, segment E1EDPD1, field WERKS.

we are passing the Valuation type in idoc COND_A, segment E1KOMG, field BWTAR.

As when Plant is entered in the contract then the filed valuation type is mandatory, we are facing that the idoc BLAORD ends with error message because of not finding the valuation type, that is in the next idoc COND_A.

How can we solve this situation?

Solved using:

SRM: Badi CTR_BE_CREATE for mapping condition type 01CT to PB00

ECC: Badi BBP_CTR to modify idoc and include Tax Code, Plant

ECC: User exit EXIT_SAPLEINN_003 to include Valuation Type
