Metrics in SAP RPM did not work

Hello all.

We try to start and use Metrics Management in RPM, but we can not to do this. We have done customizing "Metrics Management" and "Key Figure Monitor" in SPRO transaction. Please,see detail information and screenshots at "My problem.doc" file in http://files.mail.ru/Z82JKP

When we click to the "Metric" action of an RPM item - we see ivew, which does not have any content (Metrics, Key Figures). The Metrics ivew is empty - it have only headline "Metrics Managements", text "The following contains an overview of the metrics. You can change values or trigger a new calculation" and two buttons "Save" - thats all.

Thanks for attantion, I have solved this problem.

Especially I thank Amit Kumar Pandey (http://forums.sdn.sap.com/profile.jspa?userID=3801262) - He has told the problem solution and SaraGil - For active participation.

Solution - it is important to name "Object Type ID" - "IPO" for initiative and "RIH" for item. My error was in that that - I had named "Object Type ID" - "0001" for item.

I had a similar issue than you , my problem was related to single sign on, to solve this issue we hadto deactivate SSO. ( I am not sure if it can help you)
