version 0 is not defined for fisical year 2009

experts,

I am working in ides server 4.7E .

when creating the order got this error "version 0 is not defined for fisical year 2009"

Diagonis

The version 0 is not defined in the controlling area 1000 for the fisical year 2009.

Please tell me why it came and how to solve it.

To solve the issue i have tried the below transaction but not useful

I gone to tcode OVKEV, selected the version 0 and clicked on the left side 'settings for each fisical year' , and got the error message activation of the indicator is not permitted.

Hi,

follow the path

SPRO->CONTROLLING->GENERAL CONTROLLING->ORGANISATION->MAINTAIN VERSIONS.

Click on the Version 0 and click on the SETTINGS FOR EACH FISCAL YEAR tab in control data and main

tain the Fiscal year for your controlling area.

Go to OKEV, input Controlling Area and execute. There maintain Version zero with all the boxes checked. Then block this version and double click on Settings for Each Fiscal Year. There check for the current year (2008), the boxes are checked for the tabs Integrated Planning and Copying Allowed.

If there is any issue in OKEV, then check in OKEQ
