Transfer HUs Block Stock storeage Location to another Block stock in Plant

Dear ALL

HU in blocked stock transfer problem.

System is not not allowing to transfer HU stock in blocked condition to

other storage location.using VLMOVE trasaction Movement type 325 ,when i enter HU details and press enter is

automatically getting changed to 326 but this is Configuration issue,but to transfer HU Blocked stock to another location please let me Know.

Iam Using 325 movement type in VLMOVE transaction for HUM transfering one location Blocked stock to another location with in a plant But still it is not happening,when i select 325 movemnt type execute it will take 326 automaticaly that time it will tell defficit stock,please give solution.

Hi Arun

A stock transfer from one storage location to another within one plant

as a result of storage location control is possible for available stocks

only.

This behaviour is documented in IMG documentation:

=> SPRO

=> Logistics Execution

=> Warehouse Management

=> Interfaces

=> Inventory Management

=> Define Storage Location Control

This procedure is only used for available stocks. In the case of

transfer requirements for stock types Q quality inspection stock, R

blocked stock returns, and S blocked stock, the storage location is

always copied into the transfer requirement. Accordingly, the transfer

order is placed into this storage location. There is no posting change

in Inventory Management. We recommend in these cases that you execute

the posting change together with the posting change to unrestricted-use

stock.
