Batch characteristics from one material to other

I would like to know in batch management as how to assign characteristic of one material to other material.

Hi

The char has to be linked to class, further class needs to be linked to Material in Material master-classification viiew-class type-023

Further if material is one of the condition for determining batch then strategy type needs to be maintained through Tcode-MBC1 for the material and the relevant combination as per the condition table determined in spro.

You can assign the class to the material in the batch, so that the charectarestics of that class will come to that.

Hi,

You can use batch derivation.

Create sendor though t code DVS1

And create recipient with t code DVR1.
