I am trying to record a SAP script using the Script Recording and Playback option while running the profitability report (Transaction: KE30) and the SAP GUI throws an ABAP Runtime Error. But, when I do not record, the same transaction can be completed properly. Any suggestions/input would be highly welcome.
I am using SAP GUI 6.20 with patch 54/

Hi John,
Did you find a solution for this problem? I am also having same issue (ABAP Runtime error) when I try to record script on FK01 or KS01. I am using SAP GUI 6.40, Patch 14.
