Hi There,

With CAD -CAM expierence, i suggest , u must try CAD integration in PLM first, then DMS and then go to develop the expertise in Life Cycyle Data management -LDM section of PLM .see the Business map for PLM in the solution Composer.

Hi Shreya,

PLM stands for Product Life-Cycle Management. mySAP PLM business suite is amongst the various business suites introduced by SAP. As the name suggests, it is a useful tool to trace a product throughout its life-cycle, idea-initiation to the end of product life.

SAP cProject Suite supports you in project management and collaborative engineering by enabling you to exchange information such as project plans, documents, and product structures between virtual project teams via the Web. SAP cProject Suite consists of two parts:

·Design Collaboration with cFolders (cFolders)

·Collaboration Projects (cProjects)

cFolders is the Web-based collaboration platform for the PLM area. cFolders makes it possible for teams to exchange structured information as bills of material, data sheets, or customer-defined structures, for example.

cProjects covers the whole range of project management activities, from planning and execution to the final stages of the project.

cProjects integrates cFolders for exchanging documents with external partners.
