Getting this error but confused. I have this BP set up on on the identification tab with the requred format
<SID><Installation Number><Client><UserID>
Also, they are maintained as an Employee in BP
There is an entry for each system client combination, especially the one the issue is being logged for in notif_Create. The user has the appropriate authorizations assigned to their master as well.
Another user who is set up exactly the same CAN send a message to Service Desk.
Why is this particular user not able to create a support message?
Hi,
I had the exact same problem a while ago. In my case I just forgot to type in the user name as Identification in employee role.
Go to the business Partner, choose role employee, go to tab identification and type in the sap user name.
